What You'll Do:
- Manage vessel registrations, ensuring compliance with flag state and international maritime regulations.
- Support and train the Piraeus registration team.
- Prepare reports, including IMO Tonnage Assessments and registration/deletion data.
- Represent the administration at client meetings and industry events.
- Degree (law preferred) or maritime/shipping qualification.
- 5+ years in a client-facing maritime, legal, or registry role.
- Strong understanding of IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, and mortgage/registration documents.
- Fluent in Greek & English, adaptable, diplomatic, and client-focused.
