Responsibilities
- Arrange transportation for Subcontract parts and Internal Shifting
- Arrange transport for local deliveries and collections
- work with internal, external, aftermarket sales teams and project departments on sales order shipments
- Plan how items should be packed, taking into account special shipping instructions from sales administration
- Work with warehouse to ensure that items are loaded out correctly
- Coordinate on export arrangement
- Handle imports and exports
- Prepare and ensure all documents and preparations are in place prior to shipment dates
- Ensure that all documentations are completed after shipment
- Ensure shipments are delivered on-time and in the most cost efficient manner
- Work with customers on shipping arrangements
