Are you a successful broker of Handy & Supramax Dry Bulk Carriers but want more exclusive cargoes to fix more ships?
Do you want to work in-house for a commodity trader to secure tonnage for their traded cargo?
Faststream is working with a start-up technology trading platform, backed by a highly successful commodity trading business.
The platform currently trades 4.5m tons annually with an ambitious 5 year plan to reach closer to 50m tons.
Reporting directly to the new General Manager of Freight, the role will be focused solely on seeking Handy & Supramax vessels for the exclusively traded cargoes through the platform.
The company have longer term ambitions for growth within the competitive broking space, so any ambitions to stay competitive are welcomed, but not essential.
Other than the opportunity to join a company at its biggest opportunity for expansion, they offer job security with a good track record of consistent trading/level of fixtures over the last few years.
You will benefit from a salary of between €40,000 - €60,000 (depending on experience level). A bonus of up to 30% of your annual salary & a competitive benefits package.
The company have an opportunity to hire someone in a number of locations including Madrid (Preference), Casablanca & even the Ivory Coast.
