Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the Trade Finance Manager in coordinating all trade finance activities
- Monitor trade distribution, manage trade financing activities, possess practical understanding and expertise in diverse trade finance instruments (end-to-end, open account, etc.).
- Manage and execute all trade finance transactions including import/export letters of credit, guarantees, and documentary collections
- Oversee and control foreign exchange risk exposure.
- Communicate with banks and financial institutions to ensure compliance with trade finance regulations and policies
- Build and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure the availability of trade finance facilities
- Keep up-to-date with changes in trade finance regulations and policies
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in trade finance, preferably in a bank or commodity trading house
- In-depth knowledge of trade finance products and services, including letters of credit, guarantees, and documentary collections
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English
