Faststream Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a Marine service provider to identify, attract and engage an experienced Senior Sales Manager to their team in China, Shanghai.
The role involves overseeing the Service Sales in North and South China with a focus on professional, diligent, and profitable operations. Key responsibilities include developing and executing service sales and business development strategies, strengthening the sales organization, and ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
The Senior Sales Manager is expected to have proven leadership skills in the marine segment, a strong business acumen, and experience in managing sales teams. Technical proficiency, a relevant university degree, and a deep understanding of the China business culture are required.
The candidate should also demonstrate measurable results in achieving operational improvements in the marine/stationary industry and have in-depth knowledge of the marine market, including the stationary power market.
