Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management plans and processes for all phases of EPC projects
- Develop and maintain project quality metrics and KPIs, ensuring adherence to project quality targets and objectives
- Lead quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues, including the development of corrective and preventive actions
- Develop and deliver quality training to project teams and stakeholders, ensuring that quality requirements are well understood and implemented
- Develop and maintain quality documentation and records, ensuring that project deliverables meet all quality standards and requirements
- Work closely with the procurement team to ensure that quality requirements are effectively communicated to suppliers and subcontractors
- Provide guidance and support to project teams in the preparation and submission of quality-related documentation, including quality plans, inspection and test plans, and quality reports
- Collaborate with clients to ensure that their quality requirements are understood and met, including participation in client audits and assessments
- Relevant degree.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and techniques, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001
- Demonstrated experience in leading quality audits, assessments, and inspections
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams, clients, and suppliers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective solutions to complex quality issues
- Ability to travel to project sites as required
