Key Responsibilities:
- Equip team members for inspection projects.
- Manage project tooling, equipment, and consumables.
- Conduct on-site QHSE audits and mentor technicians.
- Provide weekly progress reports and implement safe systems of work.
- Create Written Schemes of Examination (WSE).
- Support the Project Manager in tooling and solution delivery.
- Handle general purchasing and manage project records.
- Ensure quality control and conduct pre/post-project inspections.
- Stay updated on processes, procedures, and regulatory changes.
- Attend meetings and ensure data and property security.
- Support departmental initiatives.
- Proficient with MS Office and reporting software.
- Vocational qualifications in engineering.
- Knowledge of lifting equipment standards, PSSR, and PUWER.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Understanding of calibration and COSHH regulations.
- Full UK clean driving licence.
- LEEA General, maintenance background, crane inspection experience.
- Experience in offshore wind industry.
- IOSH Managing Safety.
