The Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing offshore engineering projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the offshore industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of project management principles and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities-
- Lead and manage offshore engineering projects, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure efficient project execution.
- Identify and manage project risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
- Foster strong client relationships, providing regular project updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide project teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Degree qualified in Naval Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the offshore industry.
- Strong understanding of offshore engineering principles and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept through to delivery.
