Faststream are working with the UK office of an International EPC consultancy who specialise in the design of Cryogenic Gas storage projects.
Our client is looking for additional support as work continues to grow within the Process Safety side of their work. We are looking for an experienced engineering to undertake and lead process safety work on projects across Europe and Asia.
Duties would include:
- To undertake and lead process work on proposals
- To be responsible for design process safety (when designated as the lead role) on proposals and project, and to delegate tasks as appropriate to the role.
- Have input to QRA and supervision of QRA consultants
- Support the client with information for obtaining their operating permit covering safety & environmental aspects
- To check and validate design safety work on projects and proposals
- To supervise graduate engineers and assist with guidance & training
- Candidates must be have a working knowledge of HAZID, ENVID, HAZOP, functional safety, physical effect modelling etc
You will be joining a busy and growing consultancy working on a range of LNG, LPG and hydrogen based storage projects. The client is able to offer a hybrid working arrangement based out of the Manchester office and the role could also involve some travel internationally on occasion.
