Senior Naval Architect

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join a leading high-performance maritime design and applied technologies company as Senior Naval Architect. Faststream have been selected to support them in recruiting market leading talent to join their team in Belfast.

The Position
As Senior Naval Architect you will be responsible for handling the design and engineering of their technology and vessels. Activities include 3D CAD modelling, Naval architecture, Foil Design, Hull and superstructure design.

Essential Criteria

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or similar.
AutoCAD
3D CAD software for hull and foils design
Knowledge in Naval Architecture and foiling/floating vessel dynamics
Experience with composite and metal construction of hulls/appendages.
