I am working with an independent consultancy who support Marine, Offshore and Subsea projects, they are predominantly working in Offshore Renewables at the moment supporting technology companies with launches.
They are looking for a Senior Naval Architect to join the team, ideally with 10+yrs experience in the offshore industry.
Particular experience they are looking for is in Installation, Mooring and Umbilical Design and Analysis.
They often hire at a Junior level, the MD has an excellent reputation of supporting candidates growth and lining up their career paths. This is the reason he seeks a more Senior figure to assist with overseeing the work of the team and mentoring them along with getting stuck-in to the design and analysis first-hand. Any drive for Business Development would also be welcomed with open arms.
They have an office based in Woking but are very flexible so open to hybrid set-ups as long as the candidate can access the office when required.
