Faststream is currently searching for a Senior HR Manager to join an expanding shipping company in Dubai.
This role will be to cover HR at a senior level covering 6 countries across Asia, with each country having a local HR Manager. This is a strategic advisory role, to both push policies froward, ensure alignment of policies across the region, consulting with in-country managers, as well as carrying out data collection and analysis for forward thinking. This is a great opportunity for someone to progress their career within the shipping segment and take on a role with direct impact.
You will need a strong and proven background in HR as well as having worked within shipping companies.
This role will be to join a very established and reputable global shipping company with a strong name in the market. You will be part of a dedicated team and work closely with the General manager in Dubai.
