In this Hong Kong-based role, you’ll take the lead in growing the company’s client base across Hong Kong, Singapore, and the wider region. You’ll focus on identifying new leads, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and guiding opportunities through the full sales cycle — from initial outreach to final agreement. You’ll also work closely with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, support existing clients, and contribute to strategic plans that drive long-term growth. As part of a high-performing team, you’ll play a key role in strengthening client engagement, improving sales processes, and delivering measurable results.


Key Requirements:
  • A strong track record in winning new business within the maritime industry, seasoned experience in business development, chartering, or related fields
  • Degree in Business, MBA or related field, and familiarity with outsourced marine services or vessel operations is advantageous
  • A solid understanding of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation, with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and represent the company at industry events
