In this position, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, manage customer inquiries, communicating customer issues as needed and collaborate with the different departments in the organization.
We are looking for a seasoned Sales Support Team Lead who can manage a small team with excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience in Marine or Shipping Industry.
