Faststream have partnered exclusively with SEA.AI, a fast-growing maritime AI scale-up, to appoint a Sales Manager covering Scandinavia & the Baltics.

This is a growth-focused role for someone who can combine market knowledge, structured sales execution, and credibility with senior maritime stakeholders to expand SEA.AI’s footprint across the region.

The Opportunity
  • Own and grow SEA.AI’s commercial and security business across Scandinavia & the Baltics
  • Drive direct and indirect sales, aligned with regional targets and company strategy
  • Build senior, trust-based relationships across commercial shipping, security, and public-sector customers
  • Develop a deep understanding of regional maritime needs and translate them into value-based solutions
  • Expand and support the dealer, distributor, and shipyard partner network
  • Act as the link between regional customers and SEA.AI’s internal technical teams
  • Play a key role in tenders and public-sector contracts, converting wins into long-term partnerships
  • Own regional forecasting, pipeline visibility, and reporting
  • Represent SEA.AI at relevant industry events and conferences
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic accounts across commercial and security sectors
  • Identify new opportunities and drive structured market development across the region
  • Support partners and shipyards to ensure effective positioning and sales execution
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and delivered
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and performance metrics tailored to the region
  • Build long-term partnerships rather than transactional sales
Ideal Background
  • Experience in maritime sales, ideally within commercial, security, or technical solutions
  • Proven track record in solution-based and value-driven selling
  • Experience managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable engaging with commercial, governmental, and security-focused customers
  • Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language
  • Strong regional network across maritime, security, or adjacent sectors
  • Self-motivated, commercially sharp, and comfortable working remotely
  • Willing to travel 30–40% across the region
