The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across the EMEA regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and business development, with a focus on selling navigation and piloting product lines to ports and maritime stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the EMEA regions
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, particularly ports, while expanding the customer base among vessel owners and managers
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth in the European market
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales and cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and product positioning
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to senior management
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within marine technology
- Strong understanding of navigation products and their applications in the maritime sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel frequently throughout the UK and Europe
- Self-motivated with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets
