Faststream are working with a satellite communication company who are looking for an ambitious and committed employee for their Polish office. The successful candidate will strengthen their position in the public sector and attract new customers in the field of satellite communication.

Role overview:
  • Bring personality, professionalism, engagement, flexibility, and market knowledge to the role
  • Experience as an experienced satellite communication expert is advantageous
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand our industry if you are new to satellite communication
  • Be independent yet collaborative, capable of business development
  • Strong customer focus, commercial awareness, and excellent customer relationship skills (phone, email, face-to-face)
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
Key Responsibilities 
  • Manage existing accounts to maximize growth and maintain/foster future business
  • Identify new customers and strategize ways to win their business.
  • Ensure all clients, both existing and new, are fully informed about our product portfolio, including hardware, solutions, airtime, projects, parts, and services
  • Provide prompt and professional sales support to meet customer expectations
  • Collaborate with and assist existing Resellers and Agents, and recruit new ones to grow the business where appropriate
  • Ensure smooth handling of sales orders and service issues, keeping customers informed about delivery and resolution updates
