Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage new customer accounts for spare parts sales within the industrial, marine, offshore, and oil & gas sectors
- Maintain a high level of customer service and build strong, lasting client relationships
- Drive revenue growth while ensuring healthy profit margins and meeting pre-set sales targets
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to maximize opportunities in both domestic and international markets
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and provide after-sales support to clients
- Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of competition, customer demand, and industry trends
- Submit timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to management
- Ensure compliance with all Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements
- Take on any other tasks as assigned by management
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Diploma (preferably in Engineering or Business)
- Sales experience in the Marine, Offshore, or Oil & Gas industry preferred
- Experience with marine spare parts sales is highly advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Team player with a professional, proactive attitude
- Excellent critical thinking and active listening skills
- Able to work independently and manage time under pressure
- Committed to continuous improvement and delivering results
- Willingness to travel both locally and internationally; own vehicle preferred
