Are you a driven and customer-focused sales professional with experience in the marine, offshore, or oil & gas industries? Our client, a globally connected leader in the marine spares market, is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join their growing team and help expand its presence in the marine spare parts sector —both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage new customer accounts for spare parts sales within the industrial, marine, offshore, and oil & gas sectors
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and build strong, lasting client relationships
  • Drive revenue growth while ensuring healthy profit margins and meeting pre-set sales targets
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies to maximize opportunities in both domestic and international markets
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and provide after-sales support to clients
  • Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of competition, customer demand, and industry trends
  • Submit timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to management
  • Ensure compliance with all Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements
  • Take on any other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications & Skills: 

Education & Experience:
  • Minimum Diploma (preferably in Engineering or Business)
  • Sales experience in the Marine, Offshore, or Oil & Gas industry preferred
  • Experience with marine spare parts sales is highly advantageous
Skills & Attributes:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • Team player with a professional, proactive attitude
  • Excellent critical thinking and active listening skills
  • Able to work independently and manage time under pressure
  • Committed to continuous improvement and delivering results
  • Willingness to travel both locally and internationally; own vehicle preferred
