The Role:
You’ll oversee all onboard restaurant operations, lead the front-of-house team, and ensure exceptional service standards are met. Working closely with the culinary and hotel teams, you'll manage service logistics, staff performance, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and schedule restaurant staff
- Ensure top-tier guest service
- Maintain standards in service, hygiene, and safety
- Collaborate with culinary and hotel management
- 3+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar position within a 5 star hospitality and/or restaurant environment - shipboard experience preferred!
- Strong leadership and communication skills within a multi-cultural team.
- Guest-focused, service orientated and a positive personality!
- Rotation: 12 weeks on / 4 weeks off
- $300/day while onboard
- Work with a top-tier luxury cruise brand
