The Role:
Lead and manage shipboard HR operations, supporting crew welfare, employee relations and HR best practices across the fleet while working closely with shipboard leadership and shoreside teams.
Act as the key HR representative onboard, ensuring compliance with company policies and maritime employment regulations while driving engagement and supporting an international workforce.
Requirements:
- Previous cruise ship experience in rank is essential
- Experience handling employee relations within a shipboard environment
- Strong understanding of maritime HR practices and international crew
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
- Open ended contract offering a 2 month on 2 month off rotation pattern
- Salary of $4590 per month (plus leave pay accumulated at the end of each contract; for every 2 months worked, you will receive an additional 2 months pay for leave).
