We operate across three key maritime locations in Europe, Middle-East & Africa, Asia-Pacific and the Americas, servicing our customers, both candidates and clients, across the world. We partner with many of the world's leading employers across the Maritime, Shipping, Logistics and Energy sectors. 

The Role
To lead our established Shipmanagement and Commercial Shipping & Commodities desks, which accounts for over 50% of the total revenue in Faststream Singapore. You will be working with our existing and prospective clients providing high-end recruitment solutions across Asia Pacific.

This person will be in charge of providing expert guidance to their team members and to identify key trends and business opportunities to expand the business. We have also set our sight on new potential growth markets and locations, and it has never been a more exciting time for personal and professional growth.  The position reports to the Managing Director of Asia Pacific.

Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate is a successful Recruitment Manager (or Team Leader, ready to make the step up). You will have a proven track record in leading from the front in recruitment, managing and growing teams and winning new business/delivering quality recruitment services. You do not need to have a background in Maritime, we have years of experience in this sector so can teach you what you need to know. But you will need to have the confidence and tenacity to learn your market and hit the ground running on client development.
