Key Requirements
- Seagoing experience as a Chief Engineer or Master Mariner.
- Proven leadership experience within a maritime training centre or institution.
- Deep understanding of IMO, STCW, and flag state training requirements.
- Strong analytical, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
