The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading from the front in recruitment, managing and growing teams and winning new business/delivering quality recruitment services. You do not need to have a background in Maritime, we have years of experience in this sector so can teach you what you need to know. But you will need to have the confidence and tenacity to learn your market and hit the ground running on client development.
You will also work closely with the Managing Director, building relationships with business owners, winning new business for yourself and the team and working strategically on the vision & direction of your business area. This role also provides the opportunity to take on wider business management in the future.
Key Benefits
The package includes a competitive base salary between SGD5000 & SGD8000 (depending on experience), team related bonus, 26 days annual leave plus public holidays, full medical cover, wellness allowance, and plenty of performance related incentives & rewards.
