Working with American based clients and candidates we are looking for a an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has the passion and drive to be successful. Extensive 360 recruitment consultant experience
Ability to be flexible and work inline with American business hours
Experience in creating and maintaining business relationships
Strong networking and account management skills
Have a competitive edge and the desire to succeed in a fast-paced industry
Be an influential and assertive communicator
Be great at thinking on your feet, over coming objections and problem solving
Thrive in a targeted and competitive environment
Be self-motivated, positive and able to plan and manage your time effectively to exceed targets set
Experience in recruiting internationally / within the US would be highly desirable
