Who will you be working with?
Partnering with ship owners, ship managers, broking houses, trading and commodities firms, and commercial management teams, you'll help our clients source and recruit top talent for various positions. These include traders, charterers, brokers, operations managers, and senior management roles. You’ll work alongside an established client base in a dynamic market, staying at the forefront of industry trends.
About the Job:
Specialising in Shipping and Maritime recruitment, you'll be running a busy, 360 recruitment desk where no two days are the same;
Building Your Candidate Network:
Ask insightful questions to understand motivations.
Source and prepare talent for interview success.
Align candidate aspirations with opportunities.
Managing Your Clients:
Strategically place candidates for mutual satisfaction.
Ensure supportive communication throughout the process.
Proactively engage with clients, staying abreast of industry trends.
New Business Development:
Cultivate client relationships through effective communication.
Convert objections into opportunities for collaboration.
Foster teamwork to achieve collective goals and celebrate successes.
Running Your Business:
Maintain a proactive, results-driven mindset.
Prioritize relationship-building and meaningful connections.
Trust intuition in decision-making, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Salary & Benefits:
Base salary between $4,000-$6,000 SGD per month, depending on experience
OTE (On Target Earnings with commission) $80,000-$120,000+ annually
Zero threshold/uncapped commission scheme
23 days annual leave plus public holidays (34 days per annum)
