Basic salaries circa £24,000-£30,000+ (depending on experience).

Our recruiters spend most of their day talking to clients and candidates - identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships, building talent pools, understanding what clients and candidates need, presenting our recruitment services, creating job briefs, and managing talent attraction, candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and job placements.
You will need to have a proven track record in sales, recruitment, or business development and demonstrate the following competencies.
Confident relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
