Sales, business development and key account management experience are great foundations to be successful in this role. Each assignment is a bespoke project in itself. This is not a HR job contrary to popular belief.

The role involves:
  • Solutions selling of Faststream's services which include executive searches, permanent and contract recruitment solutions and consultancy services.
  • Engaging, consulting and strategising with new and existing hiring managers and decision-makers to understand their past, present and future business needs.
  • Market-mapping of maritime companies and talent, we have a market-leading database and CRM to give you the perfect head start to any assignment.
  • Talent-spotting outstanding professionals with opportunities to further their career goals and aspirations.
  • Matching talent through in-depth screening and interviews while assessing suitability of motivations, hard and soft skills.
Your role will allow you to work hand-in-hand with companies to secure the best talent whilst empowering individuals to mould their careers to achieve greater heights. That feeling never grows old!
