I'm currently working with a major renewable energy company to recruit for a Project Coordinator to manage the coordination of HV SAP Technicians and Engineers for project assignments in Edinburgh. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate project personnel records, assisting with travel arrangements, and ensuring compliance with certification requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate HV SAP Technicians and Engineers for project assignments, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
  • Maintain and update personnel records, including certification matrices and compliance documentation.
  • Manage the personnel planner to track movements, assignments, and project durations.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for project personnel, working closely with the travel team.
  • Communicate with project personnel to confirm availability and resolve administrative issues.
  • Monitor certification expiry dates and ensure compliance with HSE and client requirements.
Requirements:

  • Experience within the offshore or energy industry.
  • Preferred: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management, or Engineering-related field.
  • Experience working with HV SAP personnel or in high voltage electrical environments.
  • Must have right to work in the UK.
