Faststream are proud to be working with a Global leader in Maritime Technology who are the figurehead for innovation throughout the industry. We are partnering together in search of a Product Sales Manager to cover Central Europe and the Nordics.

The role...

In this role, you will be responsible for being the front line for sales activities and achieving results in the 2-stoke and other OEM services across central Europe and the Nordics.

The responsibility...
  • Promote available solutions within the Area and Regional Sales organization and directly to customers
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities, and develop and win them in close collaboration with customers and the relevant internal stakeholders
  • Occasionally act as Capture Team Leader and ensure collaboration in capture teams and involvement of relevant stakeholders at the right time
  • Closely collaborate with the global 2-stroke & Other OEM Service Sales Support & Development team for growth focus areas
  • Train and coach 2-stroke & Other OEM Service sales team and sales champions in Regions on the available and new solutions for all 2-stroke & Other OEM Service categories
  • Analyze Area and regional markets and customer needs and provide feedback to the global 2-stroke & Other OEM Service Sales Support & Development team
  • Co-develop new and/or customized solutions together with customers and the global 2-stroke & Other OEM Service functions
The requirements...

  • Bachelor or Master in economics, business administration, or sales & marketing, paired with a mechanical or marine engineering background
  • Experience in leading and coaching people, preferably in Sales
  • Strong track record in good customer relations
  • Existing network with marine customers
  • Ability to establish and maintain good customer relationships on all levels (good access also on CXO levels)
  • Ability to handle and drive several, also complex sales development activities in parallel
  • Strong in action planning, alignment of actions with stakeholders, and follow-up of agreed actions
