Faststream are working with a fast-growing, VC-backed SaaS company that’s changing the game in the maritime space. Their platform uses AI and computer vision to give commercial fleets real-time situational awareness, helping them navigate safely, avoid collisions, and reduce emissions across some of the busiest sea lanes in the world.
They’re already working with some of the biggest names in shipping, and now they’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help them scale faster.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll take the lead on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning. You’ll sit at the crossroads of Product, Marketing, and Sales, helping shape a story that cuts through the complexity and drives adoption.

What you’ll be doing
- Own and refine product positioning and messaging across the buyer journey
- Turn technical features into clear, benefit-led stories for different personas, fleet managers, operations leads, and maritime execs
- Work closely with Product and Sales to plan and execute go-to-market strategies
- Build high-impact enablement materials, sales decks, one-pagers, product sheets, battlecards
- Conduct customer interviews, competitive research, and win/loss analysis to inform messaging and roadmap priorities
- Partner with demand gen, brand, and content teams to create campaign-ready narratives
- Be the internal voice of the customer, championing what matters most to buyers and users
- 3–6 years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally from SaaS, AI, or maritime tech companies
- Experience launching products and building enablement assets in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
- A strong ability to simplify the complex and communicate value with clarity
- Data-driven mindset and commercial awareness
- Proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end
- (Bonus) Experience in sectors like maritime, logistics, aviation, or energy
