Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement of spare parts, consumables, and provisions for the assigned vessels.
- Coordinate closely with Vessel Managers and technical teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of required items.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best value in terms of cost, quality, and reliability.
- Monitor procurement budgets and maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Min 2 years of procurement experience within ship management companies.
- Coming from Tanker background
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Knowledge of using ERP systems for procurement activities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a committed professional with a serious work ethic.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
