This is an exciting opportunity for a process-driven leader with experience in freight, compliance, and customer onboarding to drive operational transformation and efficiency.
The Role:
- Lead the customer onboarding and freight process compliance functions, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant processes across the business.
- Manage and develop teams responsible for freight onboarding, compliance, and administration, delivering exceptional service to B2B freight customers.
- Oversee CRM control, rate loading, and authorisation processes, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver freight-related transformation projects and process improvements.
- Act as a Fraud Risk Champion, ensuring governance, compliance, and reputational integrity.
- Monitor and enhance customer experience, reduce complaints and data entry errors, and support finance transformation initiatives.
About You:
- Experienced in freight, logistics, or transport operations with a strong focus on process improvement and compliance.
- Confident managing teams and driving change across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using CRM systems.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, able to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
