Roles and responsibilities
- Assist to drafting an issuing LC & negotiation of trade related documents
- Prepare sales and purchase contract
- Perform post-shipment tasks such as demurrage, freight cost computation, managing accounts receivable and payable, and calculating the total expenses
-Oversee the management of complaints and claims until a satisfactory
- Track Deal Summary and P&L
- Ensure compliance with all contractual commitments by Agents/Representatives and customers
Ideal Candidate
- min 3 years of experience in bulk and/or containers as trade operations (Plastic, Metal, Grains etc)
- required effective communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the market and industry trends
- Language in Chinese is a must, as you will be communicating with Chinese forwarders regularly
