This role will be part of an exciting team situated in the Hampshire office, this role can be based from home but you must be situated in the UK
Ensure that all users of the software, within your office and region know how to best use the product and help drive adoption of the product.
•Be able to take the lead and demo the product to the existing clients, other business units and colleagues within the wider group.
•Be able to demonstrate the product to potential clients and be able to discern and highlight specific areas of the functionality that best meet the clients' operational requirements, based on input and feedback from the client and colleagues within the commercial team
•Build and expand on the existing Superuser Community to influence increased usage of ShipSure in respective business areas and enable a communal way of working.
•Effectively persuade leadership to drive the adoption of the system usage for their respective regions/teams
•Provide coaching on the usage of the system using a “hands off” approach to drive self-reliance & resolution of challenges
•Work with the larger Product Genius community to align on focus areas, priorities, and best practices to drive adoption
•Drive the culture of usage as a tool to make individuals and overall operations more effective and efficient
You must have:
•Highly IT literate with good experience in ERP systems.
•Passion for education and ability to instruct in a “hands-off” manner, allowing users to learn by doing.
•Good understanding of the maritime industry
•Experience in a specialty area, e.g., Planned Maintenance, Accounts, Procurement or Workforce management
