The Role:

As a Dry Bulk Operator, you’ll be responsible for overseeing end-to-end execution of dry bulk voyages ensuring smooth operations, optimised performance, and compliance across a global network.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute dry bulk operations in line with charter party and purchase contract terms
  • Coordinate closely with suppliers, agents, surveyors, and internal teams
  • Monitor voyage progress and manage operational costs
  • Handle post-fixture activities including documentation, demurrage/despatch, and claims
  • Manage letters of credit, contracts, and purchase orders
  • Ensure regulatory and policy compliance (HESQ, product stewardship, E&C)
  • Operate ERP and logistics systems to support real-time operations
  • Review and issue invoices and cost allocations

What You'll Bring:
  • extensive experience in dry bulk operations 
  • Strong working knowledge of Incoterms and contract handling
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
  • Comfortable with digital tools; SAP experience is a plus
  • Strong commercial and operational awareness
  • Right to work in the EU

This is a full-time, Oslo-based position, with some international travel required.
