Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and suppliers, managing offers and responses via email.
- Oversee the full enquiry process, from initial request through to final invoicing, ensuring seamless operational flow.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries in line with internal procedures.
- Handle purchase requisitions, obtain approvals, and place orders with suppliers.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure availability and prevent delays.
- Ensure all operational activities meet established quality standards.
- Coordinate with technicians and engineers to schedule and support vessel servicing.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient and timely execution of requests.
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar operations role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
- Fluency in Greek and English is required.
