Faststream have partnered with an international organisation who are leaders in providing specialist maritime services to a range of clients globally. They have a strong base of clients across APAC and are now looking to expand their reach and open an office in Singapore.

They are looking for an Operations Executive to join the company's pioneer team in Singapore, to assist in offering day-to-day operational support and to enable the efficient and high-quality delivery of technical services to their clients across the region.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
  • Organise and monitor the timely completion of assigned vessel servicing
  • Dealing directly with agents, surveyors and clients, identifying issues before they arise and/or resolving them swiftly. Use daily-stand up meetings to raise concerns or issues
  • Support the review and communication of customer requirements to surveyors as directed by the technical team
  • Keep customers well posted regarding the status of a service at all times, liaising with other global team members, as required, for out of hours support
  • Update systems and customers upon service completion, checking and setting the report due dates for planning and surveyor/client portal
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills. You will have previous operations/customer service experience within the maritime industry.
