SPECIFIC MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• To implement, execute and monitor the development and review operations procedures and systems so that they are consistent with corporate company policies and ISO specified requirements.
• To implement, execute and monitor the implementation of policies and directives relating to ship supply operations.
• To plan and prepare for deliveries for processed orders
• To arrange and book for truck and boat for delivery to vessel
• To apply for port permits based on delivery locations
• To assist in identifying training needs and evaluation for Boarding Officers.
• Undertaking ad-hoc management projects.
• Oversee the proper handling of ship agency matters Jobs
Requirements
• Diploma in Maritime Studies/ Logistics/ Supply Chain Management
• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in ship operations
• Willing to go onboard
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge is a must
