Faststream have partnered with a leading, global marine insurance broker, in the search for an Operations and Administrative Associate to join their expanding team in Singapore. 

The main responsibilities for this role are as follows:
  • Support in the administrative day-to-day business: Preparation, editing and updating of various documents and reports
  • Keep updated on new requirements and compliance regulations and advise business on compliance related matters in day-to-day operations
  • Ensure that all reports are prepared and the due diligence process is carried out correctly
  • Administrative support in human resources: Assist in the recruitment process, identification of training needs, organising relevant training and updating CPD-reports
  • Establish effective communication to promote positive employee relations
  • Responsible for general office management and organisational tasks, e.g. office supplies orders, organisation of company events and language courses
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information so discretion is key.
