Job Title: Offshore Decommissioning Engineer (ODE)

Rotations: 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off

Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of dismantling operations, overseeing Offshore Construction Manager.
- Coordinate with Barge Engineer and Well Services Engineers for project activities optimization.
- Report directly to Jack-up OIM, with technical reporting to Topsides Decommissioning Engineer.
- Act as NUI OIM during client platform interventions and assist with environmental and emergency incidents.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental priorities in project planning and execution.
- Daily management of Project contractors, vendors, and materials offshore.
- Prepare lift plans, oversee topsides dismantlement, and manage Offshore Construction Manager.
- Provide input for additional work scopes, manage sub-contractors, and validate progress.
- Manage logistics in conjunction with Barge Engineer and MATCO.
- Maintain housekeeping on all platform areas impacted by dismantlement activities.
- Assist in planning and implementing project improvements for dismantling activities.
- Forecast and identify construction issues impacting project progress.

Trainings and Competences
- Offshore Installation Manager for Normally Unattended Installation.
- UK Offshore Legislation, MOME (Management of Major Emergencies), and relevant offshore trainings (BOSIET, MIST, etc.).

Key Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of UK offshore legislative requirements (COSHH, LOLER, PUWER, OSDR).
- Practical and technical knowledge of offshore process and well operations.
- Expertise in lifting operations, equipment, and understanding of lift plans.
- Knowledge of process piping systems, Safe Isolation, and Breaking of hydrocarbon containment systems.
- Supervisory skills for managing multi-discipline teams.
- Strong Project Planning knowledge and organizational skills.
- Technical education in Structural steel fabrication, mechanical, civil engineering, or process operations.
