Position: Office Supervisor
Location: Lyon, France
  
Summary of the Responsibility and Accountability:
  • Handling office administrative tasks
  • Ensure the relevant employee database is up to date
  • Ensures accurate and timely entries into payroll system and ensures that all payroll issues are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Ensures all paperwork is properly followed up to prevent any legal exposure
  • Entering and processing invoices
  • Reconciling Bank Accounts
  • Reconciling & Analyzing accounts
  • Manage VAT related requirements
  • Other tasks as advised by Supervisor
  
The selected candidate should possess:
  • Demonstration of company values, particularly open and courageous communication and risk taking.
  • Minimum 2 years of job-related experience
  • Have the knowledge on French legal
  • Fluency in French & English (both written and verbal)
  • Demonstration of analytical skills, with the ability to use facts and data to make sound recommendations.
  • Ability to organize work, prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to details and accuracy.
  • Flexible, outgoing, and resourceful self-starter who can work both in a team and independently.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Proven effectiveness communicating across cultures
