Summary of the Responsibility and Accountability:
- Handling office administrative tasks
- Ensure the relevant employee database is up to date
- Ensures accurate and timely entries into payroll system and ensures that all payroll issues are dealt with in a timely manner
- Ensures all paperwork is properly followed up to prevent any legal exposure
- Entering and processing invoices
- Reconciling Bank Accounts
- Reconciling & Analyzing accounts
- Manage VAT related requirements
- Other tasks as advised by Supervisor
The selected candidate should possess:
- Demonstration of company values, particularly open and courageous communication and risk taking.
- Minimum 2 years of job-related experience
- Have the knowledge on French legal
- Fluency in French & English (both written and verbal)
- Demonstration of analytical skills, with the ability to use facts and data to make sound recommendations.
- Ability to organize work, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Attention to details and accuracy.
- Flexible, outgoing, and resourceful self-starter who can work both in a team and independently.
