Job Description

Faststream's client is an award-winning ocean energy company. Their innovative Wave conversion device delivers environmentally friendly, large scale energy for national electricity grids.

Their device is the largest capacity wave energy converter worldwide, ten years in development, it is ready to meet the survivability challenge of the hostile ocean environment so shortly they will deploy their first full scale device into the waters off Pembrokeshire. This comes at a time when the floating offshore wind market is emerging. Pairing wave energy with offshore wind has the potential to be a game changer, helping to ramp up the deployment of Gigawatts of floating offshore wind to meet net zero targets by 2050.
