Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all company vessels under your control are maintained in a safe and seaworthy condition in accordance with the requirements/instructions issued by the client, the Company's Senior Management, flag state administrations, and classification societies.
- Oversee and supervise the operational performance of assigned vessels.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Manage and maintain a strong working relationship with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide operational support to the assigned vessels.
- Ensure budgetary targets are met.
Requirements:
- Deck officer with experience on Chemical Tankers.
- Shore-based experience as Marine Superintendent.
- Strong knowledge of ship management with Chemical Tankers and relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
