Faststream Recruitment is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join Northern Marine Management, a globally renowned ship management company as a Chemical Marine Superintendent. We are seeking an experienced deck officer with experience on Chemical Tankers and shore-based experience as a Marine Superintendent to take on this challenging role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all company vessels under your control are maintained in a safe and seaworthy condition in accordance with the requirements/instructions issued by the client, the Company's Senior Management, flag state administrations, and classification societies.
  • Oversee and supervise the operational performance of assigned vessels.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Manage and maintain a strong working relationship with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide operational support to the assigned vessels.
  • Ensure budgetary targets are met.


  • Deck officer with experience on Chemical Tankers.
  • Shore-based experience as Marine Superintendent.
  • Strong knowledge of ship management with Chemical Tankers and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
