Location: Dania Beach, FL
Qualifications
- Maritime Degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience sailing as a licensed Deck Officer.
- English proficiency.
- Willingness to travel, proactive, organized, flexible, and a strong team player.
- Preferred: Chief Mate license, knowledge of NS5/Workday, experience as a marine operator.

Responsibilities
- Ensure vessels comply with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Support Fleet Managers in all marine operational matters.
- Participate in incident investigations and emergency response.
- Oversee training and orientation of Masters/Chief Mates.
- Monitor vessel performance (speed, consumption, compliance).
- Engage in recruitment, promotions, and crew relations.
- Provide support on commercial issues and customer relations.
- Travel to vessels for safety meetings, inspections, and operational support.
