Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary link between office and vessel Masters, providing navigational and operational support.
 - Conduct navigation, mooring, cargo, bunker audits, and ship inspections.
 - Monitor vessel performance to meet charterers' standards and support oil major vetting requirements.
 - Oversee the selection, performance appraisal, and development of Masters, deck officers, and ratings.
 - Manage deck maintenance programs (PMS) and control deck department budgets and expenses.
 - Assist in newbuilding projects, vessel deliveries, and sales when required.
 - Promote crew welfare and ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company policies.
 
- Certificate of Competency (Master – Unlimited) with Dangerous Cargo Endorsement (Oil & Chemical), with relevant shore-based experience;
OR - Chief Officer (Unlimited) with strong shore-based experience as a Marine Superintendent.
 - Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and excellent communication skills.
 - Willing to travel for vessel visits or sailings
