You need to have command experience as a Captain and has at least 1 year of shore experience in marine safety, operations or HSEQ. Experience in managing container ships either during sea time or on shore will be highly desired.
You will instill safety awareness through leading by example and promoting safety best practices at workplaces. You will follow up on incident investigations and deficiencies observed from inspections/audits - review, develop and implement solutions to prevent re-occurrence and ensure proper closure. Providing guidance to your senior officers and responsible for crew appraisals.
