Our client are an international Maritime communications company offering technical services/maintenance and installations for a number of prestigious brands.
The Marine Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining and upgrading marine communication and electrical equipment on the fishing fleet, workboats and Yachts in the Seattle Area.
Candidates with 3+ years of experience gained in a Commercial shipping environment or coastguard would be highly desirable.
In addition, experience of the following:
Radars
ECDIS
Satcoms
HF and VHF Radios
GPS
Gyrocompasses
Autopilots
Sounders
Sonars
In return, my client are offering an hourly rate up to $45 plus overtime, bonus, 401k, health insurance and company paid pension.
