We have an exciting entry-level opportunity for a motivated and organized individual with prior maritime sector experience.

This role offers a unique chance to gain office experience in marine operations, developing skills and knowledge within the maritime industry. Our client provides a hybrid working arrangement once the successful candidate is fully trained, with an initial office-based period of 1-3 months.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Previous experience or knowledge in the maritime sector, including sea-going, ship management, offshore, superyacht, crewing, ports, ship agency, or HR backgrounds
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A forward-thinking, problem-solving mindset
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Full UK driving license
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word
  • High attention to detail
Additional Information:
  • Ideal for candidates based in the South West UK area.
  • Previous maritime experience is beneficial but not essential.
