Job Description

We are recruiting a Marine HSEQ Systems Coordinator for a temporary role (initial contract up to 6 months) to supports the Safety Health Environmental Quality as well as Security functions of a global vessel operator to ensure information and policies are available in a timely manner that protect personnel and properties; ensuring program are created, implemented, and maintained throughout the organization. 
You will be responsible for
  • Maintaining Management System administration including users access. 
  • Assisting document control including the processing of revisions and formatting of documents.
  • Provide advice on Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Security Management programs.
  • Produce HSSEQ associated analysis, reports, and presentation materials for HSSEQ and management teams including management review meetings.
  • Assume additional assignments/tasks, and project or administrative support as needed.
You will have 
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' equivalent work experience in health, safety, environment, quality, or document control.
  • Understanding and use of basic project management methodologies, including the ability to plan, manage and maintain a complex, organization wide program over the longer term.
  • Must have highly proficient knowledge of MS computer applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of maritime industry would be a huge benefit
You will be required to work in the company's Houston office and have the right to live and work in the US.
