You will be responsible for
- Maintaining Management System administration including users access.
- Assisting document control including the processing of revisions and formatting of documents.
- Provide advice on Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Security Management programs.
- Produce HSSEQ associated analysis, reports, and presentation materials for HSSEQ and management teams including management review meetings.
- Assume additional assignments/tasks, and project or administrative support as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' equivalent work experience in health, safety, environment, quality, or document control.
- Understanding and use of basic project management methodologies, including the ability to plan, manage and maintain a complex, organization wide program over the longer term.
- Must have highly proficient knowledge of MS computer applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of maritime industry would be a huge benefit
