The Role
This is a senior leadership position driving the global underwater services business. The scope is wide ranging, from defence and naval partnerships with organisations such as BAE Systems and Babcock, through to cargo and leisure segments covering hull cleaning, inspections, and propeller polishing.
You’ll shape and execute a multi year strategy, lead business development, and establish innovative new service models, including a global agency approach and digital booking platform. Alongside the commercial focus, you’ll oversee worldwide operations, ensure compliance with defence and diving regulations, and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellence.
About You
We’re looking for someone with extensive experience in marine/underwater services, ideally with time spent in a senior leadership capacity. You’ll be confident navigating defence and government procurement, winning long term contracts, and building strategic partnerships. A background in naval operations, marine engineering or defence contracting would be a strong advantage.
